Nothing Better than Camp!
The Jewish Education in all forms is experimenting with various forms of learning. In most cases we attempt to take the “formal” out of the classroom and encourage the students to use all of their senses. This kind of experiential education is best encountered in Jewish Summer Camp.
Here at Stephen S. Wise Temple, we offer your children enriching summer experiences. Camp Mahanayim for Grades k-6 offers campers swimming and sports, and all the fun activities you might find at a secular camp, but we also offer Shabbat, and Havdallah and a strong social action component. Jewish values are at the core of our programs. This summer, we have added more flexibility, drama, new mitzvah projects, weekly cookouts, and a new field trips. Your gift of Jewish Education to your children can and should include a Jewish summer experience where they can continue to feel a strong connection to your Temple and experience Jewish learning in a safe, informal setting where they can continue to cultivate a strong Jewish Identity.
Now is the time to consider Jewish Summer Camp for your child. If you sign up by March 31, you will receive a 5% discount off of camp fees for each camper!

Welcome to Camp Mahanayim's New Blog!
As Camp Mahanayim goes green, we have started this blog to keep in touch with our parents and community. This blog will be a resource for weekly updates on upcoming activities, fun pictures and important or interesting camp facts.
